Where would we meet? What if I don’t live in Columbus?

I offer both in-person and online counseling options. My office is located in Columbus, near Italian Village and Milo-Grogan. If you are in the State of Ohio, but do not live near Columbus, then using my Telehealth option is a great choice for you!

How do I pay?

I use a HIPPA-compliant payment service called Ivy Pay. It is really easy to use and all your information is kept secure.

What insurance do you take?

I am currently only able to accept Ohio State University insurance.

How much will this cost?

My goal is to always keep counseling affordable and accessible for anyone needing to use my private pay rates. I typically charge $95/session. However, if payment is a barrier for you, please let me know and we can discuss pricing that is more accessible for you.

Do you offer Christian counseling?

Yes! I believe that God, as the creator of life, has a perfect design for how people were meant to live, but because of the entrance of sin and brokenness in this world, we all have strayed away from this design. The Christian counseling I provide is shaped by this reality, my biblical convictions, walk with God, and is safe-guarded with consultation from other Christian counselors to provide clients with a safe, biblically-based, and Holy Spirit-informed experience.

What if I am not a Christian and/or do not want to talk about Christianity?

That is perfectly okay! You too are welcome here, with no pressure to conform to a worldview you do not already hold. I consider it unethical for me to impress my own values on any of my clients. It is my job to stay as neutral and objective as possible. Whatever background you come into my office with, I will make sure that you are the one “in the driver’s seat”. My goal is to make your counseling experience a safe place to come as you are and find solace in the midst of your hurt and brokenness.

What age range do you see?

I only work with adults who are 18 years or older.

Do you do couples counseling?

I do not offer couples counseling. I only provide individual counseling at this time.
